You have eyelash extensions so there’s no need for an eyelash conditioner, right? Wrong!

It’s very important to use an eyelash conditioner while enjoying your extensions at the same time and here is why: An eyelash conditioner is going to make your natural lashes fuller, thicker and longer.

  1. Fuller Lashes Since the extensions are applied one by one to your natural lashes, the more lashes you have, the more extensions I can apply leaving you with a fuller look.
  2. Thicker Lashes When you consistently use your eyelash conditioner (and I will talk more about consistency) your lashes will begin to grow in thicker in diameter making them stronger and less likely to fall out prematurely and better able to hold the weight of the extension applied to it.
  3. Longer Lashes The longer your natural lashes, the more lash the extension has to adhere to making it a much more durable hold.

Now that you understand the importance of using your lash conditioner, the next thing I want to touch on is consistency. After the first couple weeks of using your lash conditioner, your eyelashes will go through a “growth spurt”.

When you come back in for your touch up, I will remove and replace all the extensions that are grown out.

If you continue to use the conditioner, your lashes will stay long, strong and healthy but if you use it sporadically and always start and stop you will keep having this growth spurt which in turn means more extensions to replace making your visit during your touch-ups longer.

Here at The Grand, we use Revitalash and when I tell you the beautifully romantic and at the same time heart renching story behind the creation of this product, it’s sure to bring a tear to your eye. So grab a tissue!

Dr. Michael Brinkenhoff, an ophthalmologist in Ventura, California developed the magical potion as a gift for his wife Gayle while she was recovering from chemotherapy treatments that devastated her lashes leaving them brittle, sparse and thin.

She named the product Revitalash after the vitality it restored to her natural lashes. Sadly, Gayle is no longer with us but her memory lives on and a portion of the proceeds from every sale of Revitalash goes to non-profit breast cancer research and education.

It’s safe to say, this product was made with love!

Do you use Revitalash? What’s your experience? Tell us in the comment section below.
