Carmen Sargeant, owner of The Grand Beauty Spa, has enjoyed the opportunity of redefining and elevating the beauty salon and spa experience to a new level.

Her mission is to educate guest on how to take care of their bodies, skin, hair, and soul.

Carmen created The Grand facility to incorporate the finest elements of a world-class day spa utilizing exceptional products and the caring dedicated, professional staff that provide the ultimate experience in beauty and relaxation.

With over 20 years of experience, Carmen not only leads and inspires her salon team, she inspires stylists around the
country. Carmen has the honor to train and tour with top stylists. She now enjoys giving back her knowledge as an
artist the Shu Uemura Artistic team.

A whole new level of salon and spa services in the Tampa Bay area, spoiling guests with a beautiful, safe and clean
environment while providing the most relaxing innovative spa treatments and fashion forward salon services in the
country.

Carmen’s main focus behind the chair has been mastering the concepts of understanding balance, symmetry and
artistry of hair design. Carmen enjoys teaching yoga and spending time with her family.
